How do I know if the tickets I am buying are authentic?

We only sell genuine tickets that guarantee entry to your event-match that you have purchased.

Once I have purchased tickets how will I receive them?

Your tickets will be shipped to your chosen hotel or residential address.  In most cases we will dispatch your tickets 1-3 days prior to the event - match. In some cases an E-ticket will be sent via the email address you have provided us during the time of your booking.

I have not booked a hotel yet can I still purchased tickets?

As long as you can provide our customer service team with a shipping address no later than 48 hours prior to any event-match, you will be able to purchase tickets. Please note, we can only ship to the city of the event-match in all cases.

Are there any additional fees I have to pay in addition to the ticket’ price shown on your site?

Yes, we add a service fee to each order you place with us and a delivery fee.

Is my purchase safe and secured?

At 247footballtickets.com we take security very seriously, we use SSL (secure sockets layer) during the time of your purchase and our server protects all the information of our customers. We do all in our power to make sure your personal data does not get compromised at any time.

Do you guarantee my tickets are seated together?

At 247 we guarantee that tickets are sold in pairs will be seated together.  In the case where you need more than a pair, we will be make an effort to try and get you seated together when possible.

Why are your tickets being sold at a premium price much higher than the original face value?

As 247sportickets.com is a secondary ticket broker, the prices reflect the difficulty in obtaining these tickets due to the high supply and demand and logistical costs involved in obtaining these tickets and dispatching them to you.  All these factors, reflect the reasons behind why the final price is much higher than the face value of at secondary market. The differences of the price, does not give you, the end customer any other privileges.

What happens if the event is postponed or canceled?

In rare occasion an event is postponed or cancelled (although this is beyond our control) we will inform you promptly. You will be able to use the tickets for the rescheduled event-match. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event-match, we will do our upmost to refund or resell your tickets. In the event of a cancelled event-match, we will request a full refund from our suppliers which will be refunded back to you.  In all cases we will do our upmost to help you.

What if I am unable to attend due the event- match time- date change would I receive a refund?

Tickets can be canceled up to 45 days prior to an event-match you will receive a full refund excluding any handling fees. Any cancellation made after 45 days until 30 days prior to an event-match will be refunded at 50% of the ticket price paid .no refunds will be made will be made 29 days prior to any event-match all cancellations must be made in writing and must be sent by email to cs@247sportickets.com or contact a member of our customer service team.

What if I am attending an event-match on the day how will I get my tickets?

In such a case please make sure you have informed our customer service team during your booking process that you wish you receive your tickets on the day of the event-match at a central city of event-match pick up point location we will inform you an email with all the details of the pickup point location.

In which currency will I be charged?

All payments will be charged in euros regardless of the currency shown on our site.

Is there a difference between the categories displayed on your site and the actual categories of the event-match?

We use a different seating chart in the secondary ticket market please make sure you familiarize yourself  with our seating chart and categories for the  event-match we guarantee you will receive the exact category you have paid for and we won’t make any downgrades at any time.

Why can’t you give the exact seating location at the time of my booking?

We at 247footballtickets.com guarantee that you will receive the exact seating category you have purchased from us as shown on our seating chart. Due to the secondary ticket market, suppliers only work on a generalized seating categories, so we are unable to provide the exact seat or block to you at the time of your booking.

Should I inform the hotel that I am going to receive a letter?

It’s your responsibility to make sure your hotel are informed that you are expecting a letter and that it will  need to be signed for on your behalf we strongly recommend that you do not mention to the hotel reception that you are going to receive tickets to prevent any unscrupulous act taking place.  

Can I cancel my booking after I have placed an order on your site?

What happens after I have completed a booking online?

Shortly after placing your order online you will receive from us an automated email with your booking confirmation. Within 24 hrs. a full order summary will be sent to you with details of your booking and final delivery confirmation there is no need to contact us regarding your order. All orders are processed instantly if you need to contact us for any general inquiries or booking related  inquiries please don’t hesitate to email or call our friendly customer service team.
